- * 1 oz Jose Cuervo Platino
- * 1/2 oz elderberry liqueur
- * 2 slices of cucumber
- * 3 mint leaves
- * 1 oz grapefruit juice
- * Combine the cucumber, mint and elderberry liqueur into a mixing glass and muddle. Add the grapefruit juice and Jose Cuervo Platino. Fill with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
